Access dek4d via Android, iOS, or Web
We offer three installation paths. Android users download an APK file directly from our support page; iOS users access dek4d through the mobile browser without an App Store link (because app-store review guidelines restrict betting platforms). Web-app users on any device simply bookmark the site and use it like an installed app. All three paths lead to the same account, balance, and betting history.
Four Steps to Start
- Download the dek4d APK (Android only) — Visit our support page, download the latest APK file, and save it to your device.
- Install and grant permissionsOpen the APK file, tap Install, and allow the app to access your device's storage and network.
- Create your dek4d accountEnter your email, username, password, and mobile number; verify your email via the confirmation link we send.
- Complete KYC and depositUpload your government ID, confirm your residential address, and deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or your bank account to start betting.
iOS users skip steps 1-2: simply open Safari, visit dek4d.app, and tap Share → Add to Home Screen. The web app will appear as an icon on your home screen, launching full-screen like a native app. No download from the App Store is needed.
Why Use the dek4d App vs. the Browser
The native Android APK offers offline access to your account dashboard (login credentials are cached locally), push notifications for live-match updates and withdrawal confirmations, and faster load times because assets are stored on your device. The iOS browser version and web app provide the same betting interface and payment options, but require an internet connection at all times and do not send native notifications—you must check the app manually for updates. Both are equally secure; the Android APK simply provides convenience features that the browser cannot offer due to iOS restrictions.
Device Requirements
Our dek4d Android app requires Android 7.0 (API level 24) or higher. Most phones from 2016 onward meet this requirement. The iOS browser version works on iPhone 5s and later (iOS 12+); we recommend iOS 14+ for best performance. Web-app users on Android or iOS can use any browser version from the last five years. If your device is older or running an outdated operating system, try accessing dek4d through the mobile browser first to check compatibility before attempting an APK download.
Troubleshooting Installation and Login
The most common issue is "Unknown sources" blocking APK installation on Android. To fix this: go to Settings → Apps and Notifications → Special app access → Install unknown apps, find your browser or file manager, and toggle "Allow from this source." A second common issue is the iOS browser not saving login credentials. Safari limits credential caching for security; use the home-screen web app instead, which handles login persistence better. If the app crashes on startup, clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → dek4d → Storage → Clear Cache) and reinstall. If deposits or withdrawals fail, check that your account has passed KYC verification—the app will display a verification status on your dashboard.

App Permissions and Account Security
The dek4d Android app requests permission to access your device's storage (for caching login data), internet connection (for API calls), and notification capability (for match alerts and withdrawal updates). We do not request camera, microphone, contact list, or location data. Your login credentials are encrypted locally; we never transmit your password in plain text. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your dek4d account via the mobile app's Settings menu to require an SMS code when logging in from a new device. This protects your account even if your phone is lost or stolen. Always log out of shared devices before walking away; the app does not auto-logout after inactivity.
